Explore New Zealand has online distribution agreements with Hotel Reservations Worldwide, Hostel World, World Choice, Viator and other online reservation distribution services or 3rd party Supplier/s that provide online hotel, rental car, campervan, sightseeing, travel and tours reservations.

Responsibilities -

All Tourism Providers and/or 3rd party Supplier/s contain in this Information Reservation System, who provide the various services, are to be true and correct and the Owner and/or  licenced Operator of this Information Reservation System shall not be liable to any person for and are hereby released from any liability for any error, misrepresentation or other inaccuracy contained within this Information Reservation System, unless it is proved that such error, misrepresentation or other inaccuracy was due to the negligence of the Owner and/or licenced Operator of this Information Reservation System.

The Owner and/or licenced Operator of this Information Reservation System, can not be held liable for any error, misrepresentation or other inaccuracy in any reservation, booking, payments to or by the Tourism Provider and/or 3rd party Supplier concerned, unless it is proved that such error, misrepresentation or other inaccuracy was due to the negligence of the Owner and/or licenced Operator of this Information Reservation System. The Purchaser agrees that his/her sole recourse in any circumstances shall be with the Tourism Provider or 3rd party Supplier of the service concerned.

The Owner and/or licenced Operator of this Information Reservation System, makes no representation or warranty to standard of service and shall not be liable to any person for the non provision or standard of any service provide by the Tourism Provider or 3rd party Supplier contained within this Information Reservation System and the Purchaser agrees that his/her sole recourse in any circumstances shall be with the Provider of the service concerned.

Disputes -

All reservation and payment transactions are subject to the laws of New Zealand and any disputes arising will be litigated only in the appropriate New Zealand Court of Law.
